The list of works carried out during preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems: Quarterly

• maintenance maintenance of inner and outer blocks is carried out in accordance with the scope of work given for domestic systems;
• checking the operation of local control panels;
• checking the operation of the remote monitoring and air conditioning control system in the building.

Annual maintenance

• All operations are carried out according to semi-annual maintenance;
• Excessive vibration of outer blocks is checked and eliminated;
• Fan performance of outer blocks is checked;
• Sampling of oil and its analysis in a special laboratory;
• Oil change (in case of a negative test result); Replacing the oil filter (if necessary).
