Maintenance of internal heating, water supply, sewage systems

The list of works carried out during preventive maintenance of the heating boiler:

• Monitoring the status of the boiler combustion chamber and cleaning as necessary;
• Inspection and assessment of the correct operation of equipment; 
• Checking the condition of the gas duct from the boiler to the entrance to the smoke path of the building;
• Burner adjustment according to temperature and exhaust gas composition with gas analyzer;
• Burner maintenance;
• Checking the technical condition of the gas equipment of the burner;
• Gas supply pressure measurement.
